How many hours can I wear them?
It depends on your flow. On normal days, they offer up to 8 hours of protection. If your flow is heavy, we recommend changing them every 6 hours for greater comfort.
How do you wash period underwear?
Rinse them with cold water immediately after use. Machine wash (max. 40°C) with mild detergent. Air dry.
Do they completely replace tampons or sanitary pads?
Yes. They are designed to absorb menstrual flow on their own. But if you prefer, you can also combine them with other products on days with very heavy flow.
How long do period panties last?
With proper care, they can last between 2 and 3 years while maintaining their absorption capacity.
Can I use them while I sleep?
Yes, they're comfortable and safe, even at night. Up to eight hours of protection.
How many do I need to have?
It depends on how many days your period lasts and whether you can wash them between uses. Most of our customers feel satisfied with 3 to 5 units.
