TERMS OF SALE

1. Who we are
sqinwear.com is a shop owned by Nice Curves, C.B., tax ID (CIF) E56153331, registered at C/ Blas Valero 64, 03204 Elche (Alicante), Spain.

2. These terms
They apply to all purchases on sqinwear.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. You must be 18 or over to buy.

3. Products and prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you pay. Each order keeps the price it had when you placed it. If a price is clearly shown in error, we'll let you know before shipping and you can cancel at no cost.

4. How to place an order
Add the products to your bag, enter your details and pay. We email you a confirmation with your order number (#SQINWEAR…); at that point the purchase is complete. If an item sells out after you buy it, we'll let you know and refund it in full.

5. Payment methods
Card and the other methods shown on the payment page, including pay in 3 instalments. Payment is made on a secure platform and we never store your card details.

6. Shipping
Free shipping in Spain and Portugal. To the rest of Europe it costs €10 and is free from €30. We don't currently ship to the Canary Islands. Delivery times and details in our Shipping Policy.

7. Exchanges, returns and right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it without giving a reason. To request an exchange or a return, go to sqinwear.com/eu/pages/cambios-y-devoluciones or email devoluciones@sqinwear.com with your order number.

  • Exchanges: free. The courier who brings your new item collects the one you're exchanging.
  • Returns: collection costs €5.99, which we deduct from your refund. We refund you using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Condition of the item: it must be unworn, just as you received it and in its original packaging.
  • Hygiene: sealed intimate items can't be returned once the seal has been opened (basic briefs and brief packs, Laser Cut thongs, period underwear and tights).

8. Guarantee
All our garments have a 3-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects. If an item arrives faulty, we'll replace it with one in perfect condition at no cost.

9. Customer service and complaints
For any question or complaint, email info@sqinwear.com and we'll reply within 24 working hours. Official complaint forms are available on request.

10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the customer's place of residence will have jurisdiction.
