Who processes your data

What data we process and why

  • Your purchases. We use your name, email, phone number, address and order details to process and ship your order, handle exchanges and returns and issue your invoice. Legal basis: the purchase contract and our legal (tax and accounting) obligations.
  • Customer service. We use the data you give us by email, form or social media to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent and, if you have an order, the contract.
  • Newsletter. We use your email to send you news, offers and your welcome discount. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
  • Messages about similar products. If you've already bought from us, we may send you information about similar products. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 21 of the Spanish LSSI). You can object at any time.
  • Analytics and advertising. We use cookies, only if you accept them, to measure the website and show you ads. Legal basis: your consent. More details in the cookie banner and settings.

How long we keep it

  • Purchase data: for as long as our commercial relationship lasts and then for the legal periods (6 years for accounting and tax obligations).
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Enquiries: for as long as needed to resolve them.

Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. It's only shared with the providers we need to serve you, always under a data processing agreement:

  • Shop and payments: Shopify and the payment platforms.
  • Shipping: Correos Express.
  • Emails and newsletter: Klaviyo.
  • Pay in instalments: the instalment payment provider, if you choose it.
  • Advertising and measurement: Meta and Google, only if you accept cookies.

We also share it with public authorities when the law requires us to.

Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers (for example Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta or Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. They do so with appropriate safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
You can ask to:

  • access, correct or delete your data;
  • object to or restrict its processing;
  • take it to another company (portability);
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

Email info@sqinwear.com stating which right you want to exercise. If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority in your country.

Minors
We don't sell to anyone under 18 or knowingly collect their data.

Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We never store your full card details: payment is made through a secure payment gateway.

Changes to this policy
If we change it, we'll publish the new version here with its date.
