SHIPPING POLICY
All our orders are delivered by Correos Express, with a tracking number.
Delivery times and prices
- Mainland Spain: free shipping, no minimum order. Delivery in 24-48 working hours.
- Portugal: free shipping, no minimum order. Delivery in 1-3 working days.
- Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: free shipping, no minimum order. Delivery in 5-7 working days.
- Rest of Europe: €10. Free from €30, after discounts. Delivery in 5-15 working days, because we pack and ship these orders once a week.
- Canary Islands: we don't currently ship to the Canary Islands.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you the Correos Express tracking number. You'll also find it in your account, under “My orders”.
Why might it take longer?
If your order includes a pre-order item, or at busy times like sales, Black Friday or Christmas.
What if I'm not at home?
The courier will try again. If it can't be delivered because of repeated absences, because they can't reach you or because the address is wrong, the parcel comes back to us. We refund the items, minus the extra shipping costs.
Something arrived damaged or is missing
Email info@sqinwear.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if you can.
Each item is individually packed.
