GENERAL INFORMATION
Our orders are usually delivered within a period of between 24 and 72 hours. Delivery time may be affected if your order contains pre-order products or during times of high sales volume (Sales, Black Friday, Christmas...).
In the case of shipments within the European Union, they will be prepared and sent once a week, so the estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 working days.
For all shipments, the courier company in charge of the delivery and transportation of all our orders is Seur. In case of absence when delivering the package, the courier will contact you to agree on a time that best suits your preferences.
Inside your order you will find each garment in its respective packaging.
Below you will find the details of shipping costs and delivery times by country. We inform you that free shipping will not be applied if the total of your order does not reach the minimum amount indicated after applying discounts or promotions.
