REFUND POLICY
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or a return.
How to request it
Go to sqinwear.com/eu/pages/cambios-y-devoluciones and fill in the form. You can also email devoluciones@sqinwear.com with your order number (#SQINWEAR…) and the item. We reply within 24 working hours. If you have several items from the same order, request them all at once.
Exchanges: free
We send you the new item and the same courier collects the one you're exchanging. Have it ready in its original packaging. The new item must cost the same or less than the one you're exchanging.
Returns
We email you a shipping label. Print it, stick it on the parcel and we collect it from your address within 24-48 h. Collection costs €5.99, which we deduct from your refund.
Refund
We refund you using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your parcel. If you prefer, you can ask for a voucher.
Condition of the item
Unworn, just as you received it and in its original packaging. If it shows signs of wear, such as odours or stains, we can't accept it.
Items that can't be exchanged or returned
For health and hygiene reasons, these items can't be exchanged or returned once their seal has been opened:
- Basic briefs and shaping brief packs
- Laser Cut thongs
- Period underwear
- Tights
Something arrived damaged or is missing
Email info@sqinwear.com with your order number and a photo if you can. We'll send you a replacement free of charge. All our garments have a 3-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects.
