Refund policy
SQIN's return and exchange policy is 30 days from the shipping confirmation email. You can manage your exchange or return by sending an email to info@sqinwear.com indicating all your personal information, the order number and the item you wish to exchange or return. If you want to exchange one item for another, in addition to what is indicated above, you must indicate all the details of the new item you wish to receive.
For any exchange/return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item being returned is not in its original condition or has signs of use, a refund will not be issued.
For intimate hygiene, no exchange/return is allowed on thongs or panties.
DEVOLUTION COSTS
Returning products in Spain (Peninsula) costs €1.95.
For the rest of the destinations, the return costs are: Balearic Islands: €6.90 | Andorra, Portugal: €7.90 | Canary Islands: €12.90 | Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, Sweden, Monaco, United Kingdom: €14.90 | Switzerland: €17.90 | Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein: €19.90
The amounts indicated will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
